WE DON’T WORK FROM A DATABASE

The best candidates are hired quickly, which eventually reduces the amount of talent available
from a database. Although we have some excellent resumes on file, we still advertise for each assignment to generate as many top candidates as possible who fit your job specifications
and are actively seeking new employment.


ONE CONSULTANT CONDUCTS THE ENTIRE PROJECT

Your consultant meets with you to discuss your requirements, prepares the job advertisement, interviews candidates and checks references. So there is no break in communication between
you and the consultant, which can occur with employment agencies that split responsibilities among various people.


WE WON’T “HEAD-HUNT” EMPLOYEES FROM OTHER COMPANIES

We take the most ethical approach to recruitment. This reflects positively on your organization
and assures you that our firm won’t be soliciting your staff in the future. It also helps to keep recruitment costs in line, because head-hunted candidates often require higher salaries as an incentive to leave their current employers.


WE ARE PAID ON A TIME-APPLIED BASIS, NOT CONTINGENCY

Agencies that are paid on contingency fill a smaller percentage of their recruitment assignments
than our firm. So they charge higher fees to compensate for lost time spent on jobs filled by
other sources. Since we complete over 95% of our recruitment projects, we can keep our fees affordable. Consequently, our clients use us for the majority of their hiring needs, not just their
difficult staffing assignments.
